This agreement applies to advertising services provided by ZOOMCREATOR.COM aka ZOOMCREATOR (the "Internet Publisher"), to you (the "Client"). This web site's advertising services are offered to the Client conditioned upon your acceptance of this Ad Agreement without modification, and your use of this sites advertising service constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of the Ad Agreement.


This is a monthly renewable agreement, renewing at the then current rate, with a minimum commitment of 90 days. All cancellations must be submitted thirty (30) days in advance, in writing and may be cancelled after the first ninety (90) days of the agreement. Payment terms are thirty (30) days net, and all payments are to be made in U.S. dollars. *Cost is negotiable .


All advertisements are subject to approval by the Internet Publisher without limitation. The Client represents and warrants its ownership of and right to use the photographs, floor plans, location maps, logos and any other graphics submitted and that these graphics were neither produced by nor reproduced from any other advertising company. All advertising materials submitted by the Client are the property of the Internet Publisher and the Client and may not be reproduced by any other third party without the Internet Publisher's or the Client's written consent. The Client must notify the Internet Publisher of any errors or omissions within seven days of publication date, and agrees to limit the liability for any resultant damages to the amount the Internet Publisher actually receives for its agreement to publish the advertisement in question. All disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction and venue of the local law court in Brisbane , Queensland, Australia. The Client accepts all liability for the content of all advertising materials submitted and holds the Internet Publisher harmless from any and all claims or costs arising by reason of the publication of the Client's advertisement and/or the inability of the Internet Publisher to perform by reason not within its control. The Internet Publisher reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this Ad Agreement is offered.

**The negotiated cost can be based on a flat rate or on a predetermined number of click through's or by the number of exposures (your ad has on this web site).
